Free parking spaces are available. For a fee of € 15 per day garage spaces may also be reserved. There is only limited availability of such spaces, so please book these with your room reservation.

Please consider the following in your itinerary:

• The rooms are ready to occupy from 3:00 p.m.
• Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m.
• Your arrangement begins in the day of arrival with the afternoon cake and ends on the day of departure after breakfast!

€15.- per day without meals. When bringing along a dog, the hotel reserves the right, in any case, to charge for possible final cleaning. Bring along your own dog blanket or basket. Please understand that your four-legged darlings have no admission to the Zirbenstube and the health area.

The wellness area and indoor swimming pool are open daily from 7:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Massages & treatments can already be selected and reserved when booking. You can naturally also decide spontaneously when you are here. However, we recommend a prior appointment, in order to receive the desired treatments and times.

The costs for massages and treatments are listed in the final bill for your stay and must be paid for in the cash.

For us, your reservation will become binding, as soon as you have sent it to us in written form (letter, fax, e-mail) and after the receipt of the deposit in the amount of approx. 30 % of the total bill amount.

To pay your hotel bill, we accept cash, EC card and credit cards. (Visa, EC- and Mastercard).

The payment of the wellness treatments & massages takes place in the cash.

Restaurant bills and various purchases (creams, massages...) are settled at the end of your stay. You can naturally pay for these on a daily basis by EC card, Visa card or Mastercard!

Souvenirs and products from our display cabinets can be acquired at the reception desk.

• Up to 30 days before the start of the holiday there are no charges.
• Up to 14 days before the start of the holiday 50% and
• within 14 days before the start of the holiday 100% of the booked arrangement.
• In case of early departure, 100% of the travel price will be charged.
